Many Amenities

This 2 level home is nestled on a 3 acre piece of land, which offers privacy and peacefulness.  Located in the area of Hanmer in the City of Greater Sudbury, you are still only a 5 minute drive from all your shopping needs. 

This spacious home has 2 living rooms, 4 bedrooms that sleeps 9 people and 2 full bathrooms. A workout area with free weights and cardio equipment. There is also full laundry facilities and free Wi-Fi. Lastly, a small private office space to get some work done if needed. 

Off of the master bedroom is a walk out to a private deck that leads to the back yard. The yard boasts a sheltered BBQ, a wood fired sauna a beautiful heated pool. There is also a built in blue-tooth sound system to enjoy tunes as your take a dip. The attached garage is also open to all guests and is great to pull in your vehicles, shoot darts or park your snow machines.
